Deep-fried scallops stuffed with yam...
Chilled octopus with jelly fish...

Braised dried scallops,
With four treasures....

Simmered chicken in bouillon...

Stir-fried assorted mushrooms,
With shrimp...

Fried rice,
With conpoys and egg white...

Sweetened red bean cream...

From appetizers,
To desserts.....
Taste so delicious!

    Conpoy or dried scallop is a type of dried seafood product made from the adductor muscle of scallops.
