Attended Hi-5 Meet and Greet session,
With Dumex Mamil...
@ The Apartment, The Curve!~

Introducing...
The 5 food groups:

Carbohydrates~
Which consist of bread, rice etc...

 
Dairy~
Including cheese, milk, yogurt etc...

Healthy Fats....
Probably oil?
Protein~~
Fish, Meat, Mutton etc~~~
Fruits & Vegetables:
Apples, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Carrot, Oranges etc..

Well, 
I only realized that,
The label fruits and vegetables 
Are mistakenly placed...
:p

  2. Shirley, yup.. it's very nice event.. My daughter starting to eat vegetables now.. She said Hi-5's Lauren said must eat vegetables..
