Thai Syok - Thai Food & Yakitori BBQ

Truly enjoyed...
The uniqueness of Thai Food..
In Thai Syok,
Sunway Mentari...

An unforgettable dining experience,
That provide my taste-bud...
Another higher level of satisfaction......

One word to describe:
SYOK!!!~~

Our meal start with this super wonderful appetizer..
Serving with truly refreshingly fresh Washington Green Apple:
Apple Song Tam with crisp barramundi fillet..
I can't really tell what's inside......
But I truly love the combination....
Such a lovely way to start a meal!~

Thai Crispy Duck,
With homemade apple sauce...

When I dipped the crispy duck,
Into the apple sauce..
And put it into my mouth.....
It was indeed a taste in heaven....

The crispiness of the duck,
Didn't steal the limelight of the apple sauce...
In the other way round,
The unique fresh apple sauce,
Didn't cover the 'main actor' role of the crispy duck....
In fact,
It combine perfectly....
And 'melted' in my tongue...
With the touch of crispiness....
Irony isn't it?

Thai Yakitori BBQ is kind of common...
But Yakitori BBQ from Thai Syok,
Is extraordinary...
Just take a look at the appearance of the pork...
Extra shinning-ness~~
Is making me drooling.....
And the presentation is superb!~
With the variety-ness in a single plate!~

If you're pork lover,
You must try their pork neck and pork belly!~
Highly recommended!

The XL Size prawns..
That 'swim' in volcanic hot tom yam pool...

If you think it's just another bowl of Tom Yam soup...
You don't know what you're going to miss...
The Extra large prawn...
Are brought directly from Tanjung Karang!~
Fresh and big!~

I can't tell you how many times,
I swallow my own saliva,
While looking back at my photos and writing this post...
Recalling the superb taste of the dishes.....

Their pandan chicken is really A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!~
Have you ever go speechless after trying out a dish?
Well....
Try order this.....

Braised dried Tom Yam Pork Knuckle,
Is equally great as their pandan chicken....

If you want me to choose,
Which is the best of all the dishes I tried,
I'll be in big trouble,
As I'm unable,
To provide you with an accurate answer!!

The reason being is just:
I hope I can recommend ALL of their dishes!~

The Stir fried prawn and fish slice fresh Thai jungle herbs and roots...
I never tasted such great Thai dish,
Even while I'm in Thailand!~

I guess that's the full effort of the owner + chef...
To be truly creative with their Thai cuisine.....
That perfectly suite Malaysian's taste bud!

During the casual chit-chat session,
With Thai Syok's owner, Mr Jeffred Tham...
And all our makan kaki...
I can see the full passion in food....
While he's describing his food!~
I guess that's why the food in his restaurant is so outstanding!~

A special serving of green curry,
Together with traditional Thai noodle..
And assorted vegetables and accompaniment...

I'm extremely thrilled..
To eat green curry,
With another new way!~

Even I feels very full..
After eating all the dishes,
There's always room in my tummy...
To fill in this wonderful banana dessert....

The sweetness level,
Is just truly nice!~

Truly fall in love,
With this superb dessert!~

Red Rubies with Jackfruit in Coconut Syrup...
Is very cooling and pleasant....
After spicy and sour Thai main dishes!~

We'd been...
Sitting for hours...
In the comfortable restaurant...
Enjoying yummy food..

Not forgetting their special drinks...
Green milk tea with malacca sugar....
Special, refreshing and tempting!~
I love it very much....
While my little prince just had,
A cup of hot honey lemon...

Pandan Lemongrass with Cincau...

Took this photo,
Of course,
With his permission....
From famous food blogger,
Sidney Kan's facebook...

The reason being is....
I'll be back....
To try out their Yee Sang!!!~

Wait for me ya, Thai Syok!~
