This year, the Nasi Kerabu series features a flavourful spread of dishes inspired by tradition yet elevated with a modern flair. For starters, customers can opt for Ayam Kunyit or select from the Kerabu series including Kerabu Udang, Kerabu Sotong or Kerabu Ayam, which comes with salads drizzled with tangy, spicy dressing, and topped with chopped peanuts. For main course selections, newly added to the menu is Nasi Kerabu Ayam Berempah and Nasi Kerabu Ikan Saba Kunyit featuring Secret Recipe’s signature blue pea-infused rice served with fragrant deep-fried herb-marinated chicken and deep-fried turmeric-seasoned mackerel that will have customers coming back for more. Back by popular demand, the Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik will also be made available as main course selections.
