In Silverspoon International College...
Besides Ayam Percik,
We cooked our first Chicken Risotto,
Together with a blogger,
Whom I always chasing after her food dreams...
And working closely with famous food blogger, Sidney...
What a great cooking environment!~
Ingredients for Chicken Risotto...
Cook with..
Philips Pressure Cooker...
Melt the butter,
And put in the ingredients:
Garlic, Onion, Cumin powder...
Chicken.. then mushroom...
One by one....
Put in arborio rice....
Close the pressure cooker lid..
And bring it to pressure,
And cook on high pressure....
Add in the vegetables stock..
And stir in remaining butter,
And parmesan cheese...
Our Chicken Risotto is ready to serve!~
