After cooking Ayam Percik & Chicken Risotto...
We are full ahead...
To prepare for desserts of the day:-
Cretan Kaltsounia & Banana Nutella Spring Rolls...
Both the dessert,
Using Fillo Pastry as the wrap.....
Chef Zam...
Brushing Filo Pastry sheets...
With melted butter...
Cretan Kaltsounia's filling....
Consists of:
500g of ricotta or mizithra cheese...
And 2 eggs......
Place one table spoon of filling..
On each sheet,
And fold into triangle....
Ready to put into Philips Air Fryer,
At 190 Degree Celcius..
And fry the kaltsounia for 8 minutes..
Or until golden brown...
With the same wrap..
One peeled banana is placed,
On top of filo pastry..
Top it with 1 teaspoon of Nutella..
And we added in one more teaspoon of peanut..
To make it 'Banana Nutella Peanut Spring Rolls....
Preheat Philips Air Fryers
At 180 Degree Celcius,
For 5 minutes....
Arrange the rolled bananas,
In the frying basket,
And air-fry,
For 5-8 minutes...
Or until golden brown or flaky...
Desserts are served....
Together with the main dish....
Let's feast!!!~
