Maggi 'Good To Great' Campaign - Mushroom Macaroni

Last but not least....
This post is for Cooking Momster's Maggi 'Good To Great' Campaign....

When I start being a wife and a mummy,
I always want to give my husband and my kids the best.....
Preparing delicious food,
Is one of the most challenging task for me......
With the help of Maggi products,
I'm so satisfied when my family enjoys the food i cook to the maximum.....

Recipe to share: Mushroom Macaroni

Step 1: Add macoroni to the boiling water and boiled it for another 10 minutes.

Step 2: Pour out the macaroni after cooked, add in 1 teaspoon of seseme oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and water. Then mix well....

Step 3: Open Maggi Mushroom soup and pour into the water.

Step 4: Use small fire and stir well until it is fully boiled.

Step 5: Break 3 eggs.

Step 6: Stir the egg well with fork and fried it in the pan.

Step 7: Fried cut onion, ginger and garlic.. Then add in all the ingredients you like: meat, mushroom, vegetables or carrot, and lastly the egg you fried just now. Add in one small bowl of Maggi Mushroom Soup you boiled in step 4 and boiled and stir well together.....

Step 8: Served the Mushroom soup in bowl... Served the macaroni from step 2 in another bowl and pour in the ingredients you prepared in step 7.

Now, it's eating time!!!!!

Enjoy your mushroom soupy meal!

Maggi 'Good To Great' Campaign - Tomato Homemade Meat Balls

Another post,
Dedicated for Cooking Momster's Maggi 'Good To Great' Campaign....

Let me tell you,
How Maggi makes a huge different,
In the dishes I cooked:
Whenever I fried any vegetables,
I'll surely Maggi oyster sauce......
One time,
I forgot to add in Maggi Oyster Sauce,
My husband just ate a sip of the vegetable,
And straightaway know something is 'missing'......
From that moment on,
I know.......
Maggi = 'Magic' in taste!~
It makes a huge different in the dish I prepared!

Recipe of the day:
Tomato Homemade Meat Balls

Step 1:
Laminate the meat with Maggi Seasoning, Maggi Oyster Sauce and corn powder...
You may also chop some onion, garlic or ginger and added in if you like the taste....
If your kids are picky eater on vegetables,
It is a brilliant idea to chop and 'hide' the vegetables in the ball....
Make the meat into round, ball shape with your hands.......

Step 2:
Fried the meatball......

Step 3:
You may served some the balls after fried, if you like....
My kids love to eat the balls after fried, also...

Step 4:
Cut carrots, corns and ladies' fingers....

Step 5:
Add the colourful vegetables,
Together with the meatballs,
Fried together for a little while...

Step 6:
Add water and Maggi Tomato Sauce (1/2 bottle)
Let it boiled for a while...

Step 7:
Served the tomato homemade meatballs...

Maggi 'Good To Great' Campaign - Chicken Rice

This post is especially written,
To participate in....
Cooking Momster's Maggi 'Good To Great' Campaign.

We can just walk in to any kitchen.......
You'll sure find Maggi products in any of the kitchen.....
Of course,
Maggi products can easily found,
In my kitchen, too!
A kitchen wouldn't be a complete kitchen,
If there's no Maggi product in it.....

My family,
Especially my eldest son - the picky eater in my house,
Has the most sensitive taste bud.....
Everytime when I add in,
Maggi Culinary Solutions range of products in my cooking...
The picky eater will surely eat until his bowl licin-licin....
And sometimes,
My kids even compliment my cooking as:
The yummiest food they'd ever eat....
I feels so happy,
This is so encouraging for me.....
To prepare more delicious food,
For my lovely family members....

Here's my chicken rice's recipe:

Step 1:
Wash the rice,
My estimation is one cup of rice per adult.
You can decide how much rice you want to cook,
By counting how many people in  your household.

Step 2:
Peel the skin of garlic, ginger and onion.
Blend it respectively.

Step 3:
Boiled the chicken.....
In a pot full of water...
Just nice enough,
To cover the chicken......
Add in Maggi Chicken cube...
Boiled together...

Step 4:
Take one spoonful each of the blended garlic, ginger and onion....
And fried the garlic, ginger and onion...
Then, add in the rice and fried it together.

Step 5:
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and Maggi seasoning,
to the leftover uncooked garlic, ginger and onion...
This is use as the sauce to dip in after the chicken is cooked.

Step 6:
Put the half-cooked fried rice into the rice cooker.
Pour the chicken soup into the rice cooker as well....
Measure the water level just like how much needed to cook normal rice.
Put in the rice cooker and cook the rice.

Step 7:
Take up the chicken from the pot.
Cut it into smaller pieces.

Step 8:
I added in white carrot to my chicken soup.
You may choose to add in lotus or other ingredients to boil the chicken soup...
I put in back those part of chicken with lesser 'meat' like chicken legs, chicken wings...
To boil the chicken soup.

Step 9:
My chicken sauce:
Soy sauce, sesame oil, Maggi Oyster Sauce,
And a little pinch of salt.....
Spread the 'sauce' all over the chicken.

Step 10:
You may choose to fried bean-sprout,
Or cut one timun......
Then it is a complete meal with rice, chicken, soup and vegetables...

Step 11:
Serve it to my little one......
:)
