Swiss Garden Welcomes Chef Alex Choong

Swiss Garden Hotel & Recidences,
Welcomes Executive Chinese Chef Alex Choong,
Who brings his remarkable authentic Cantonese cuisine,
And extraordinary gourmet experiences.

"Szechuan" style Shark's Fin Crab Meat Soup
The sourly taste is very appetizing...
Personally think no need,
To add any extra additional vinegar anymore...

Braised Blossom Chicken with Soy..
The chicken is super tender..
And completely fit perfectly with the soy sauce..
Superb dish by Chef Alex!

Braised Lemongrass Beef Rib in Clay Pot..
One of the uniqueness in serving...
All the dishes are served in claypot!~

Fried Wawa Cabbage With Black Vinegar
I thought the taste will comes out pretty weird,
When I read this dish's name from the menu:
What? Wawa Cabbage with Black Vinegar?
But...
It's actually taste quite appetizing..
Probably because of the sourly taste....

Fried Butter Prawn with Shredded Coconut
To be really honest,
The prawn is not really fresh on that day..
I can't really taste the natural sweetness of the prawn..
But with the shredded coconut and aroma of butter,
The taste is still pretty acceptable,
Regardless of not-too-fresh prawns are served...
A chef's experience really makes a different to the dish!~

Wok Fried Black Pepper Rice With Beef
Take a look at the rice...
The little little rice,
Is pretty well wrapped up by egg...

Vanilla sauce with Three Layer Cream
The dessert looks very tempting..
And it taste doesn't disappoint it's look!~
A dessert worth a try!~

Chef Alex offers a selection of exquisite menus,
To make wedding more memorable...
With an array of package deals,
Starting from RM950 per table...
